If you do not arrive in time for the first dinner, you must inform the hotel well in advance and you can substitute it for another meal (lunch), if you have half board. There is also the option to request in advance that we prepare a cold dinner for you when you arrive at the hotel, by contacting the hotel.

You can check-in 24 hours a day

Our staff is qualified to offer food suitable for people with food intolerances or allergies. Just let us know in the comments of your reservation and/or directly at the hotel.

Check out time from the room is until 10:00h maximum. We have the option of LATE CHECK OUT until 14:00 at a cost of 20€ or until 18:00 at a cost of 30€, subject to hotel availability.

Check-in time to the room is after 14:00.
If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage, enjoy our facilities and make the necessary arrangements at reception.

The minimum age to stay at the hotel is 16 years old, as it is adults only. Therefore, children under 16 years of age will not be allowed to enter the hotel.

We have our Pool Bar, open from 09:00h until 20:00h where, apart from all kinds of drinks, you can enjoy snacks, pizzas, hamburgers and ice creams.

You can check in and out of the hotel at any time of the day and night. Our reception is open 24 hours a day.

Yes, the opening hours for drinks are from 10:00 to 22:00 and for snacks from 11:00 to 19:00.

The outdoor pool is not heated.

Drinks are not included in the meals, except in the Club Select board.

The DWO Sirius Hotel has a buffet restaurant offering breakfast (7:30 to 10:00 ), lunch* (13:00 to 15:00 pm) and dinner (19:00 to 21:30).
*Lunch à la carte (depending on the season).

The hotel has an outdoor, unguarded car park, the price is 10€ per day. If you book through our official website, parking is free.

-Breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant with drinks included. Depending on the season, lunch may be changed to à la carte service at the Illusions Pool Bar.
-Selection of national brand drinks, aperitifs and snacks at the Illusions pool bar.
-Possibility of substituting breakfast with a Brunch by the pool. *One time per person/stay (upon prior reservation at the reception).
-After a long day, take a break and enjoy a good cocktail in our Lounge Bar with live music.

-Unlimited access to our selection of drinks and snacks.
-Free access to our sun loungers and parasols service (under previous reservation at reception).
-The possibility of exploring our beaches with paddle surf boards (under previous reservation at reception).

Premium Comfort Package
-Accommodation in Club Select rooms, with double bed or twin beds and bathroom with bathtub.
-Coffee Corner (daily capsule refill).
