You can enter and leave the hotel at any time of the day and night. Our reception is active 24 hours a day.

Yes, we have pool towel service. A deposit of 10 € must be made at the reception, at the time of purchase and will be returned at the time of return of the same.

Check-in time to the room is from 14:00.
If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage, enjoy our facilities and make the necessary arrangements at reception.

Brunch is available from Monday to Sunday from 11:00 to 13:00. The price is 16€ per person.

You can send your gift voucher in 2 different ways:

By email to the beneficiary: The recipient of the gift voucher will receive it instantly in his/her email inbox.
To print at home: The buyer receives the gift voucher by email (in PDF format) and can print it to hand deliver it to the beneficiary.
 

At Hotel Dwo Nopal we do not accept pets.

Hotel Dwo Nopal has a buffet restaurant offering breakfast service from 7:45 am to 10:30 am.

You can check in 24 hours a day.

You can modify or cancel your reservation in the "My Reservations" section that you will find in the drop-down menu, by entering your e-mail and the locator that appears in the reservation confirmation. If you have any problem modifying or canceling, you can call the hotel or send an e-mail to reservas.nopal@dwohotels.com 

The cancellation conditions for your reservation can be viewed at any time during the booking process, and are also detailed in the booking confirmation that you will receive in your e-mail once your reservation is finalized.

We do not have parking in the establishment. But if you wish, there is a parking area in the Plaza de Charco or in the Muelle (about 200m away).

No, Brunch does not entitle you to use the swimming pool if you are not staying at the hotel.

We have 3 gift voucher options available:

1. Yoga & Breakfast Saturdays: An ideal plan consisting of a yoga&pilates class on our terrace, followed by a delicious breakfast buffet.

2. Brunch: Come and enjoy a wonderful brunch on our terrace overlooking the Teide.

3. Romantic Getaway: Surprise your partner with a romantic stay in our superior room with romantic pack and breakfast included.

You can send your gift voucher in 2 different ways:

Both the Brunch gift voucher and the Yoga & Breakfast Saturdays gift voucher can be used up to 6 months after the purchase is made.
The Romantic Getaway voucher can be used up to 12 months after purchase.

Yes, you can give a gift voucher to yourself. You must click on the option "This purchase is for me" when you enter your details.

The check out time of the room is until 12:00 maximum. We have the option to book LATE CHECK OUT (until 16h) with a cost of 20€ per room; (Or until 18) with a cost of 30€ per room. (This Late check out will always be subject to the availability of the establishment and with a day's notice).

The purchase of your gift voucher is done in 4 steps:

1. Select the gift voucher and the shipping method.
2. Fill in your contact information.
3. Fill in the recipient's information and the personalized message.
4. Confirm your purchase and make the secure online credit card payment.
